Topic Of Choice

The topic i have chosen to do is over "Why do Video Games have such bad repetition? " Well for some background information when buying a game. Who ever is selling you the game and it has a "M" at the bottom left of the case it means Mature and on top of the box it says +17. They have to explain about what all is involved in the game. If you clicked on the hyper linked 17 it shows the case of Mortal Kombat and at the bottom left is says "Rated M, 17+."

Now parents disapprove of video games because it shows there kids violence if they let them play a specific game, even after they are informed it contains violence. I'm strictly sticking to Mortal Kombat during this because it has been the most focused game the government has tried taking off the shelves. It contain Blood, Gore, Cussing, and half naked people it has also been one the most known games due to how long it has been around. When parent catch their kids cussing and pretend fighting like they are ripping someones heart out they have the most messed up look on their face asking themselves why did I left my kid play that game.

Video games are far from a bad influence on kids, the parent that make a huge deal about kids play being to violent shouldn't have much to care for when they get older. If a child is introduced to Mortal Kombat at a early age they might enjoy the entertainment it brings, coming from my point of view because I was one of the kids that grew up with the choice to play this type of game. I have had no problem getting over pretend play ripping someones hear out.

There is no reason to stop kids from playing violent video games unless you are a parent that is completely against it then that is your choice to decide what they play, or are introduced to. Having violent video games don't make kids violent its the people who take the "kids play" to serious.
